Summer's On Its Way!

We are gearing up for summer up here in the mountains!

The first big event to be sure NOT TO MISS is our Summer Kick-Off Party and Gourmet Wine Dinner on Friday, June 22nd. The menu will include four delicious courses starting with a Dungeness Crab appetizer and ending with succulent Filet Mignon and Mascarpone Panna Cotta for dessert. Each course will come complete with expertly paired wines!

As far as travel to and around Mount Rainier National Park this summer, there are a few access issues to be aware of due to last fall's flooding. For up to date information, see the Mount Rainier National Park Website and be sure to make your travel plans accordingly!

The sun has been out almost every day for the past week! What a gorgeous time to be in the mountains! It is still a bit chilly in the mornings and at night, but, as the weather warms up, we can already tell people are starting to switch out of skiing mode for the next few months and beginning to think more about hiking, biking, horseback riding and other summertime exploits. We have even been seeing a few road cyclists this week, possibly gearing up for the upcoming RAMROD which will be making its way through Crystal Mountain in roughly two months.


There's sure to be lots to do this summer, or just some great places to sit and relax with your loved ones, a good book and a glass of lemonade! Make your plans now to come STAY & PLAY with us sometime in the upcoming months!
